PVC Resin Quality and Shipment Documents
GB/T 5761-2018 and how each lot is checked
Cross-border resin purchasing turns largely on trust. The testing arranged and the documents supplied with each shipment are listed below. Market-access rules differ by country; provide the destination and end use and we will check them item by item and state which ones can be met.
Standard & testing
All grades are produced to GB/T 5761-2018 for suspension polyvinyl chloride resin. Key controlled parameters include K value, viscosity number, volatile content, apparent density, sieve residue, fish eyes, plasticiser absorption, whiteness and residual VCM (≤ 5 ppm).
Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged at the load port at the buyer's request and cost. The inspection scope should be stated before production starts.
Documents supplied with shipment
- Certificate of Analysis for the actual production batch (issued by the producing plant)
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading (original, telex release, or sea waybill)
- Certificate of Origin, including Form A / FTA forms where applicable
- Fumigation certificate and non-wood packing declaration on request
Before you commit
Sample bags are available for evaluation and are charged. Provide the current grade, intended application and processing method (extrusion, calendering, injection or blow moulding); we confirm the grade that fits. If a different grade would run better on the line, we state so before the order is placed.
